Stoopid?

Michael Seitzman thinks you are.

Oh man--this stuff gets to me sometimes.

Mr. Seitzman really thinks that you are stupid if you are supporting McCain/Palin:
. . . if you are a McCain/Palin/Bush voter, you and I do not have a difference of opinion. We have a difference in brain power.

And if you loved the interview Palin did with ABC, well then:
You're an idiot. I mean that. This is not one of those cases where we're going to agree to disagree. . . you're mentally ill, mentally disabled, or mentally disturbed. What you are NOT is responsible, informed, curious, thoughtful, mature, educated, empathetic, or remotely serious. I mean it.

I knew it. I suspected it all along. My brain has failed me. We should probably just disenfranchise a large chunk of the population. Especially anyone that says "nucular," although it's okay if Jimmy Carter does it.

Who is this guy--an anonymous commenter lurking deep in the bowels of DailyKos? Maybe an MSNBC anchor? No--he's a regular columnist over at HuffingtonPost.com. And--he's smarter than you.

So let me see if I, a simple, unibrowed, knuckle-dragging mouth-breather gets this straight: this strategy is "Vote for Obama, you stupid bastards."

That'll work.

And in case you are wondering, I had my wife help me with the big words.

I'm busy with work right now, and will have more to say later, but was real happy to see them photos of rockhammer and tubesock -- I miss them so.

The strange thing is the response to this article, when I thought fancy book learnin' was for sissy arugula eating elitists.

OK here we go: I never hear anything like this from the right, and boy that's a big name in the liberal world, I think he's even occasionally on the first page of Huffpo.

Oh dear -- it looks like there may be someone on the right who writes things like this: Our old friend (and transvestite, plagiarist and felony voter fraud perpetrator) Anne Coulter, and her/ his latest lump of crap called "If Democrats Had Any Brains, They'd Be Republicans", and today at Townhall his/ her column claims that Barack is a satanist. Those repubs are HILARIOUS -- did you catch Rudy G at the convention... he killed with the community organizer lines. Too bad he was previously married to his first cousin (now that's funny).

Well . . .

I read the Coulter column over at Townhall; maybe I missed something, but I just couldn't find where she claimed Barack is a Satanist. She did mention Saul Alinsky (the grandfather of community organizers), who dedicated his book "Rules For Radicals" to that "first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom -- Lucifer."

Rudy G was married to his 2nd cousin. Honestly, you should not be using Olbermann as a news source.

I'll concede that Coulter's book title is out there, but I find Seitzman's prose much more damning (oops--there's that Lucifer thing again . . .) I also find that Seitzman's mindset seems to be more representative of the Left (see Heather Mallick at CBC).

Community organizers, governors--hey, isn't Pilate the guy who actually voted "Present?"

2nd cousin -- what's the matter his first cousin wasn't cosmopolitan enough? Seriously, I love that guy.

So maybe she didn't fully say that in the article titled "Obama: Lucifer Is My Homeboy" -- I guess I really wouldn't know because I didn't read the article, which brings me back to my original point that fancy book learnin' is for sissies; but yes I will agree that Seitzman can actually write (and has his original plumbing). Can you really spend any amount of time at Townhall (or LGF, or even Stormfront) and tell me that the she is not entirely representative of the right?

I think Pilates is for sissies too!

Stormfront? Is that the weather blog?

Now, now. I kind of like lgf; they have actually taken a strong anti-creationist stand in the last few months. I don't think Townhall has quite the weight even on the Right that DailyKos or MoveOn (how's that General Betrayus stuff working for you now?) has on the Left, or in general.

I don't know--maybe this is all above my pay grade, anyways. And Pilates? Only arugula eating girly boys do Pilates.

On that we do agree. You are a great American.

It's funny to me that you two stick so strongly to a certain party, claiming the other is more aggressive and basically evil than yours.

Seitzman and Coulter are both ridiculous. You know they are that way on purpose, to play the game and get a rise. Same as Olbermann and O'Reilly.

It seems people in our nation are constantly voting reactively rather than proactively. (ie, People didn't like the Clinton scandal and so voted in George W... People got sick of Bush and so put Democrats in the majority in House and Senate. Wow, look at how much changed...not. Or they see how aggressive the other party is against their own and decide to defend their party, defend their honor.) I blame it on people allowing themselves to listen to the crap these sorts of radicals dish out. Even if you don't totally take them seriously, their antics will still leave an impression.

anyway. that's my rant.

I think you're right, Petronia, Dave is really way off base -- did you know he got hit in the head by a big rock some years back?
